Need quick advice on a drug bust

When does it become a felony for meth. Like how many grams til felony. Example say u go buy 1.5grams one day then u go back get .4grams then go back get another .4 grams plus anther .3 grams so a total of 2.6grams in all. For each time u went to get it is that a seperate charge for each buy and r they misdemeanors or a felony? I know noone wants to do meth this morning oh i mean math lol.
 
Any amount of meth is a felony. That would be a big waste of time running around like that like your beating the system. Dont do the crime if you cant do the time.

This ^ But laws vary state to state and no one will be able to answer specific law questions.

Not only that, but BL does not allow legal discussion, the law & legal subforum was shut down. You are best researching this on your own, calling an attorney, or contacting your local prosecutor.
