I took 25mg of methadone 3 weeks ago. I am not a regular user. Its been over a year since i have taken any. Today I had to do a hair follicle test for the company i work for. Is this going to show up? And if so, will it show up as methadone or just an opiate?
 
They did not specifically test for the methadone, just opiates in general. I'm ok there cause I have a prescription but I didn't know if methadone would just show up on its own....the paper they gave me just had a check for cocaine, opiates, pcp, amphetamines, and pot. the "other" box was not checked and no specifications. This will just show up as an opiate right? Remember, this is a hair follicle test.
