i was wondering if anyone knew of a good way to help with opiate withdrawl. i want to stop using and want to figure out a way to help with the withrawl cause i have a really hard time with it.. tried quitting awhile ago but it didnt work very well, i get really bad withdrawl depression too. any information/help would be great! :\

Find a sub doc near you and give it a try! How much and what opiate did you use?

anywhere from 60 to 80mg a day... i cant remember the last time i went without it except for those 3 days i was clean a month ago but it was the worst 3 days of my life. we only have one sub doctor in my town and theres a waiting list and id havfe to go to group meetings which cost money which is shitty

Try doing something you love doing, something that really helps you take your mind off it. Maybe go to a concert, or go camping with a few good friends that can help you through this time.

it sucks i would but i get really bad pain from withdrawl and dont want to move from the couch

Benzodiazepines are good for all anxiety related withdrawal symptoms and muscle pain. So is Immodium (great success stories) which helps many of the symptoms because its an opiate that doesn't cross the BBB (although some say it does a little). If you can get some Clonidine that could be help with the general symptoms of opiate withdrawal.
