Hi I'm inquiring about how to remove the active ingredients in some pills for example Xanax, desoxyn, adderall and opana?
I'm trying to make my own nasal spray because I have a very poor absorption rate as well as a tolerance and want to use all safety precautions for any of my medication normally I wouldn't mind taking them orarly but lately they have not been working adequately for when I have intense pain or anxiety I already use nasal spray ketamine on a daily basis and that seems to help out a lot but I have build up a tolerance and now trying to take a break so in the meantime I usually have to use Xanax to tame my anxiety and I've had chronic pain for the past 10 years and have had anxiety for all my life but only been Round the Clock medicated for for the past nine years I've never experienced any respiratory issues even when they are taken together which I do avoid for obvious reasons but when I stay up for 2 or 3 days in pain I usually need something to help me go to sleep and I also have to stretch my medication as much as I can I only did 90 tablets of Xanax and 90 tablets of Dilaudid and or Opana currently I'm trying to get my prescription up to where I get 120 tablets a month. Unfortunately people really don't understand how reduction works when you're doing the calculation so even three tablets of Dilaudid is only around 70 something mg for me I am at a 25 to 30% reduction for my condition I also have the c750 chromosomes error where I require more opioid I think that's what it's called I can't remember off the top of my head if I'm wrong please correct me LOL but if you happen to know best way to remove the binders without losing a good portion of potency I would appreciate it also if you have the written down calculation of how to do somebody with a tolerance that would be great see if my math is correct I usually use an app to confirm it which they usually all come out the same as well as my own way of calculating it but I would like to see other people's opinion or way of dosing themselves. To give you an idea I recently had emergency surgery from a massive infection in my jaw that was sticking out and bleeding pus out of my gums and destroyed the root of my tooth on top of my multiple spinal cord injuries and Paralysis on my left hip and they needed to inject me with propofol ketamine midazolam and Fentanyl every 15 minutes the surgery lasted a hour) ((and made a full recovery
)) So I'm not really worried about the black box warning I'm more worried about having a quality of life I do take every safety precaution from my 10-plus years of using medication so if anyone here has any advice about what I'm inquiring about that would be very helpful thank you
