Opioids need help! stopped opioids for 2 weeks, had fentanyl for surgery, im in withdrawl

I was on a massive of pain meds for 11 years. I stopped 2 weeks ago for good. Then I had to have a tumor removed and they gave me fentanyl. I pleeded with the anesthieologist but he said I would not do the surgery without it. That was 48 hours ago and I am having withdrawl symptoms. Is that possible or am I going aa little crazy??? please help

It's totally possible, but they should not last for long. A few days at worst.

Do realize that you had surgery, you're going to feel off for a while. Contact your doctor if you have any issues.
