Heroin Need Help Starting Buprenorphine After H

I'm having a very hard time starting Buprenorphine (this time) after being in withdrawal from Heroin for 12 hours and showing high in COWS, Both times I have gone into precipitated withdrawal after 30 minutes first time, think I used 4mg Burp, then 4mg more about an hour latter and kept going until I used some 16mg+, and the second time I took 2mg of Burp and felt good/normal for 30 ish minutes then took 2mg's more than after an hour went into withdrawal, took 4mg's of Burp more but the same thing happened.

So, I assume Fent is in the H, and my problem is how to move to Burp without going into withdrawal? I was thinking of using a short-acting opioid to bridge the gap...
But all I can get my hands on is 60x 50mg tramadol and maybe 300ml oral morphine.

I have worked my way from a 15 bag heroin a day, down to about 5, and am on my lasts legs

What can I do?

It's not that there is some fent in your H; if you are buying on the street in the US then your H = fent (aka, there is no diacetylmorphine -- heroin -- in what you're buying, you are a fentanyl addict, not a heroin addict). An easy way to test for this is to buy OTC urine tests. Anything is possible but in terms of probability, you have a fentanyl habit.

I would strongly recommend this approach, where you gradually initiate on the buprenorphine: https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&sou...CD8QAQ&sqi=2&usg=AOvVaw2bBRviVaK7MfzSdxQ0r0H-

It can be done even more gradually that what is described in the linked article

And here is a description that describes in a more patient-oriented way: https://drugfree.org/article/bernese-method/

I'm in the UK, that's why I wasn't sure, I read this now, thanks.

This "Bruneau method" is very interesting, but at what point do you start the first Burp dose? Like how long after the last Fet/H dose etc.
But also, can I still move from Fet/H too Tramadol? to let the Fet get out my system, and how long does that take, as I can't find much about it.
