What is the Best time to take your xanax after your daily dose of methadone? i kno how dangerous it is but should i take less xanax then i usaully do because it is that much more potent?
Also id like to ask if you sniff your xanax how much of it do you loose in your Ba. is it better to just swallow it?

Don't snort xanax, it has a very high oral BA and snorting will not help. If anything use sublingually, it tastes like shit but will kick in quicker.

As far as xanax with methadone, be very careful and take a low dose of xanax. Many have died from this combo. Take the xanax 45 min after the methadone to have them kick in close to eachother.

thank you for the answer, ive been wanting to try this combination since i started my mmt, im at 130mg stabilized. i couldnt decide so i snorted one then swallowed one. my boy is coming over soon and my brother is home but sleeping so ill be safe if something bad happens

i find it so dam hard to get xanax

Snorting Xanax will give you a bad headache my cousin tried it.

I find that snorted alpras kick in faster than oral... Not sure if it's actually stronger, but it does feel like it. Might just be because of faster onset though.
