Ok so over the weekend i took some mollys like 10 in 36 hrs yes i know its not safe but shit just happened. Now im in bed tryna sleep, everything i eat 30 mins later throw It up, when i drink water/juice it sits in my stomach for a while then i throw it up. At this point im very afraid of dehydration also i wanna take a 5htp but I cant keep food down i have to take it with food otherwise some bad shit will happen. What i ask is please anyone who has went through this or know some knowledge about the situations can you please help me out, is there anything you drank to make it easier to keep down, or is there anything easy to eat that i can keep down, ive been throwing my guts out for the last 2 hrs sigh...

They were in capsules 100mg Off white kinda color it was powder it wasnt like fine or anything more like it kinda rocked up.

I just happened to be finishing a post, so you are in luck.
I have substantial experience with the recovery process from MDMA, and my recovery has been more 'substantial' than most.
Some consider me to be the most informative member on MDMA toxicity, while others dislike my strong opinions.

Regardless of how bad your reaction really is, there are few things you need to understand.
MDMA is a neuro-toxin that selectively damages the higher serotonin axons in the brain.
As a result of this, it can cause dysfunction of the hypothalamus - the homeostasis chamber for the brain.

More importantly, serotonin is primarily located in the GUT not the brain.
90 percent of serotonin and its receptors lie in the intestines.
And the hypothalamus control digestion....the release of enzymes from the liver, the contraction of smooth muscle, hunger/satiety and also nausea/vomiting.

I had a VERY bad reaction to MDMA at 72 hours post roll.
I am still recovering nearly a year later.

But vomiting was NOT among my symptoms.
I remember wishing that it WERE.
Instead I had MASSIVE intestinal cramps and SEVERE tachycardia.
If I could have thrown up instead, I think I would be FINE right now.

So consider this a good sign for you.
DO NOT TAKE 5-HTP - this can INCREASE the risk of SEROTONIN SYNDROME.
At the least, it would likely increase your stomach upset.

If you have a fever, LOWER IT NOW.
It directly influences toxicity to those higher serotonin axons!
Make sure you are nice and chilly.

Drink electrolytes, not just water.
If you don't have any gatorade - add a little salt to some water.

Do not worry about eating right now - just accept the fact that your intestines have shut down.
Be glad that they are not being TORN APART from the inside!
You may lose some weight and feel really shitty - but dehydration and fever are your main concerns right now.

Extreme anxiety, fever, and fast heart-rate should be cause for calling 911.
They can administer a serotonin antagonist to reverse the effects.
But other than this, you can only ride it out.

Focus on anti-oxidants like Vit C and alpha lipoic acid.
If you have valerian it will help you sleep.
Benzos are great and quite safe for nights like this - and they absorb quickly so you won't throw it all up.

If you can manage, some LIGHT exercise tomorrow will make you feel better.
But for now, you should focus on electrolytes and resting.
Eventually you will stop puking - that is certain.

Dehydration and the fever that accompanies it are the REAL concern.
You should be aware that there are many stories of SEVERE reactions to MDMA - 2 to 3 days POST USE.
If you start to experience fever over 100 degrees or feel hot and DRY...you need to get help.
An IV could be the ONLY way to adjust your water/electrolyte imbalance.

If it doesn't get to that point - you are going to be OK.
But you have to wait it out and take care of yourself.
And consider this binge the LAST use of MDMA in a LONG LONG time.

MDMA IS NOT A BINGE-WORTHY DRUG.
It is arguably the LEAST binge-worthy OF ALL.

Let me know quickly if you have any more questions.
Good luck.

Thanks for your quick reply, yes this is definetly the last time i binge using mdma i will learn from this unfortunate situation. I will hold off on the 5htp as for using sleep aids i will But only after i feel like im hydrated enough, i actually found some watermelon in the fridge tried eating it, i can actually keep this down and the taste is awesome and its full of fluids to get me hydrated. But about the 5htp should i not take it at all even in the days to come?

i wish i had some ill sience to drop-ummmmm bees are dying because of systemic pesticides used in large monoculture farming! BAM and don't eat a boat load of molly! theres my science

While the use of 5-Hydroxy Tryptophan or simple tryptophan is definitely going to increase serotonin supply and possibly alleviate some of the suffering - it probably does not treat the actual neurotoxic effects of MDMA.
And it may increase the risk of Serotonin Syndrome for several days post-roll - especially in bad reactions like yours.

After 3-4 days, the risk should be diminished enough to take it - but be warned that for me it caused an INCREASE in anxiety in the early stages of my recovery. I didn't try it again until many months later, and I was then amazed at how relaxing it was.

MDMA itself is out of your system within 3-5 days, but the nasty metabolites - which may cause some of the toxicity on their own - stick around for up to a week!

In my opinion there are only a few strategies to help speed up the elimination of these metabolites.
Take Piracetam, which increases permeability of cell membranes in the brain.
It is very safe and is available online without Rx, or at select nutritional stores.
It can cause mild anxiety or a desire to argue for a few hours, but after this it transitions into a flury of words.
It is very energizing in a non-toxic way. It has been used in elderly patients suffering from stroke and children with traumatic brain injuries....and yes it improves cognitive function.
Some college students use it as a safe alternative to stimulants for studying, and they tend to like it a LOT.
Some MDMA users LOVE piracetam, as it brings back the euphoria that they can no longer achieve with MDMA.

I firmly believe it can help you, but it not a cure for damage that has already occurred.
Its true value is in preventing further damage from occurring during these next few days.

Eating LOTS of fruits is a VERY good idea.
Anti-oxidants will help the brain defend itself - Vit C, Alpha Lipoic, turmeric, and throw fish oil in there.

Finally, EXERCISE.
This increases a nerve growth factor in the brain known as BDNF.
This protein stimulates the release of stem cells!
But it also increases the plasticity and resprouting of serotonin axons from the cell body. :D
Nothing - AT ALL - compares to the power of EXERCISE for healing the brain.
From strokes, to gunshots, to massive drug recoveries - regular exercise helps the brain rebuild itself.
It makes sense that it is your BEST bet at preventing further toxicity RIGHT NOW.

If you can keep down watermelon - you can do a few pushups or jog.
Only ten minutes of minor effort would make a difference. Just do what you can.

Other than exercise and anti-oxidants....piracetam is the only well-known coping strategy.
5-HTP is safeish after a few more days, but it is only serving to increase serotonin supply.
Such a binge has resulted in a MAJOR loss of serotonin supply, as well as some pruning of higher axons.
If you want to TRY it - go with plain tryptophan not 5-HTP.
It is safer for the liver and the heart, and is less likely to shock your brain because it converts to serotonin more slowly.

When you start taking it - take SMALL doses.
That means open up the capsule and pour out more than HALF of the dose.
Try that FIRST and wait at least two hours.
If you feel OK, take another HALF.

Don't take anymore for over 12 hours, preferably longer.
If all goes well, you can try again...but daily use is not advised past the first 5-7 days.
You can only increase serotonin in the brain SO quickly - because MDMA inactivates the enzyme that synthesizes it!
Tryptophan hydrolase takes 1-3 months to rebuild itself TOO - so taking tryptophan or 5-HTP will only work if some TPH enzyme is still active. You probably don't have much...

Remember - exercise is king of ALL strategies...especially when damage has occurred.
Most brain-injury patients are forced to begin strenuous exercise IMMEDIATELY after they are stable.
And you should consider the possibility that you have actually hurt your brain.

But you will still be ok - the brain is resilient.
Just treat yours VERY kindly, beginning now.
Good luck.

At this point im very afraid of dehydration also i wanna take a 5htp but I cant keep food down i have to take it with food otherwise some bad shit will happen.

what do you mean bad shit will happen...? 5HTP is supposed to be taken on an empty stomach.
