Need help preparing H3 for IM/IS vs IV

I have never done IM/IS vs IV and I have access to VERY pure H3. I have never done IM/IS before. Please teach me how
 
If it's not #4, heroin refined to a salt. The key being water soluble, you're going to need to add a mild acid in the form of citric acid or vit C, pure, not a multi vitamin or owt.

Banging that anywhere but a vein is going to result in a painful and swelling experience. Worst case if not filtered well and abscess.

You don't sound like you've a great deal of experience? I wouldn't advise this route ever, however if you're dead set on it I'd suggest you do some serious googling or ask more specific questions..

Do you have tolerance? Someone to watch you? Nalaxone shot for OD?

But weren't you in afghanistan? If so, why don't you stick to smoking, with pure h that close to the source you are doing yourself all kinds of favours, you decrease the amount to get high through IV but increase all the risks

You could make "Intravenous Injection for Dummies" books, a YouTube series covering parts in greater detail, turn up at their door painted blue calling yourself Mr Meseeks thinking you'll have this guy fucking his life up in no time.... And he still wouldn't get it. It takes a special kinda dumb to find humour in posting shit like this...
 
You guys aren't getting what I'm saying. I have 12 years of experience IV ROA and know how to do it properly with H3 and H4.

I have NEVER done an intramuscular of insubscanenous shot. THAT is what I need to know how to do and the differences amongst the shots.

Btw, why would IV H3 get you less high than smoking it?
 
I was talking about risks not the high. Well for me the most easy spot to IM is the deltoid muscle, at a two finger distance down from your shoulder, you buy a long and thick enough needle, a 21 gauge, prepare the shot as you would with IV, wheel filter it since you IM street shit and go into the muscle, it's more easy than IV.

Some people use they thighs but for me that's painful and it is more comfortable to just do it in the deltoid muscle
 
Now. Why are my rushes not as good from IV H3 as they were with the same gear and same tolerance the whole time when other people around me IV H3 for decades are getting blitzed every single time. I'm waiting 6-8 hours in between shots, rotating veins, and keeping the same tolerance with the great gear.

Also, Why the muscle instead of skin tissue as well as how long before you're out of withdrawals comparing the two?

The local junkies here use something called avil water to prepare h3 for IV?? NEVER heard of that.
 
It may be sterilised bacterostatic water from ampoules from the pharmacy. Much better than boiled tap water.

I think either IM or under the skin is a bad idea, but SC has a lower BA than IM so go with that.

You may have a bigger tolerance than them, everybody metabolises drugs differently or maybe you are being ripped off. I can't answer that question tho.

If you need more help with the IMing there is a tutorial on youtube I can find it for you, but from the description above you have the whole procedure, it's really easy compared to IV.

Just a small point but a shot just under the skin is referred to a SUBCUTANEOUS injection, not insubscanenous

Actually if we wanna be really REALLY nitpickie about this. I'm reasonably sure that just under the skin should be an intradermal shot. Subcutaneous is a bit deeper still.

Yeah I know this is really splitting hairs. :)

Yeah, you really are splitting hairs lol

In all my years in the medical profession, a shot with an insulin type needle under the skin (obviously not JUST under, but well before it reaches muscle) is and always has been referred to as subcutaneous injection..
 
Yeah my understanding is an actual intradermal shot doesn't have many applications. :)

So the distinction is not one that should almost ever matter.

Does that do anything if you use it for gear?
EADD posters should know me by now so no worries I'm dumb when it comes to the gear etc so no worries about the HR issue etc, there is no UK street gear that could put me on my arse.

Exactly.

The only thing you might say (although I sure wouldn't) is better about subcutaneous injection is it should last a little longer.

But I doubt many people are gonna trade the better rush and onset speed of IV for that. (there's also the added health risks you mentioned)

Also, other routes of injection can be a little painful. Not much, but a lot more than IV which is usually pretty much painless once you're used to doing it.
