Need help please

Seroquel makes me way too calm to perform my daily activities. I just feel like sleeping.
When I have to wake up to go to work, I find it extremely difficult.
My dosage is 200 mg and it lasts the full day. So I try to take less in order to feel alive. The only problem is that I don´t sleep to well.
"A perfect catch 22". If I use I don´t interact and become too sleepy. If I don´t I can´t sleep..:\
 
Yeah Erikmen Seroquel effects me the same way...after 2 yrs of using it successfully at bedtime, now it just makes me get about 6 hrs of sleep, yet still be groggy the whole next day...although it can still be an excellent tool for stimulant comedowns!
