Need help please...When to start Suboxone again?

Hi there,

I'm currently going through the worst withdrawal of my life! It is hard to type.

I last took heroin at 5pm last night. This morning at 9am I was feeling some withdrawal, so I took 4mg of suboxone. It sent me into a huge withdrawal.

I'm just wondering, when can I take suboxone again? It is now 6pm. It's been 25 hours since I last took heroin.

I need some relief!!!

Have you used the search engine? The info I've turned up says 36 hours should be enough, generally you want to wait until the opioid is completely out of your system until you start buprenorphine.

I don't know what to do once you are in precipitated WD though, this article recommends that once you are in precipitated withdrawal you should just deal with it and keep taking the subs. If you have a look in the Other Drugs directory, you should find a guide on how to deal with WD, including meds you should take and activities you should do.
