Ok guys. So it is currently Sunday around 1:15pm. And I have tripped off a single 165ug tab on Wednesday. And 2 of those tabs on Thursday. I had a fairly remarkable trip on both occurrences. However. I was curious as to if I would trip if I took one today? Will my trip still be prevalent after only 2.5 days have passed?

Yes its definitely doable, though you'd have to take 2 - 3 I reckon.
