25-40 pods a day is enough in its self to cause a pretty bad WD.
Hello fellow druggies. I am a long time user of Blue Light, but a first time poster...I need help, I need an answer please. Here is the full story;
Ok, I have been using opiates for about three years. Most of it has been about every other day. Recently though it has been everyday, almost for about a solid 8 months. Now from what I read, opiate withdrawal is horrible, and I have always been afraid of it, but the problem is...I don't seem to get any and I am really shocked and curious to know why?
The only opiates I have ever used are Codeine and these Pods I grind up and make into a tea. I get pure codeine tablets easily and always combine them with my pod tea. When I first started using opiates, I never expected withdrawal because I did not use daily, but this past year I have really been using hard. Especially this past 8 months, even really last 6 months, I have been using 300mg of codeine with about 25-40 pods each and every single day, sometimes twice a day. Very frequent and long term...the past month I have decided to quit.
So I have attempted to quit, and the first night I tried I took serequel to sleep, expecting that when I wake up I am going to be in full blown withdrawal. So I wake up, and almost NOTHING?? I was very surprised, I thought maybe it had something to do with serequel stopping it or something, so as you do I got happy and decided to relapse. I went again full blown for about two weeks, and this time on my first day clean I took nothing at night. I woke up today, and again hardly no withdrawal...all I have had is a little bit of temperature discomfort, that is it. I do not get it.
Can anyone please tell me why I am not withdrawing? Please? I am starting to think that the pods have little morphine in them? And I am not taking a high dose as I think I am? The only other opiate I have ever used is codeine, so I do not know what a true high dose of say oxycontin or heroin feels like...so do you guys reckon that I am not taking much morphine or opiates at all from the pods, and I just think I am? The high feels strong and I like it, but I do not nod out hard or anything..it is just a nice feeling. Now I am starting to wonder what a high dose of oxy would feel like, since I am happy with this pod dose...help please, what do you guys think?
3-4 days and not feel WD, if that happens then somethings wrong with you
if i am reading correctly, you dont dose for 24 hours and feel no withdrawals?
24 hours is not always long enough to feel WD, especially with pods. try going 3-4 days and not feel WD, if that happens then somethings wrong with you
It could be anything from getting low-alkaloid pods, non-papaver somniferum pods, pods modified to produce thebaine, to your extraction process, etc etc....
Who knows? I'd stop while you're ahead, tho! I've heard pod withdrawals are amongst the most hellish of all opioid withdrawals, and I can guarantee you that when you get hit with real withdrawals, you will damn well know it!![]()
Hey guys, all your responses have been great. With the Codeine not working, that can not be possible because my first ever blissful times on opiates were from Codeine itself, then I graduated to pods, so I know what to look for in a opiate high. With my pods, I was definitely getting high. I am just not sure to what extent now...I used to think it was very high, not now.
It is heading towards 100+hours and I think I am not going to get WD...in fact when I first started this thread, I think I was withdrawing in a very very mild way. I am stone cold normal now, but when I think back I was a little heated and felt like I was a little hot, as well as going to the toilet was way easier..I think that was it. Rofl it is beyond me, BUT - today I am having massive urges to get high - like I do not think I will be able to hold off now..
