Need help getting OxyContin or similar

Hey guys hoping someone can help me?? I have bad arthritis in my right hand i was seeing a docter who was giving me OxyContin for the pain he has now retired and I can't find any docter in Brisbane who will give them to me because I am only22 they just give me codine what dose not help much at all.
I'm hoping someone knows a docter that would give me some could all be hush hush and pm me so no1 els
