Heroin need help from long-term IV users

I actually have very visible, shallow veins on the fronts of my shoulders and on my left breast. I agree that if your neck and groin and feet have no veins left, you need some help. That's some intense IVing
 
Some people (at least me) do got visible veins in their calves. I've successfully IVed into those. The thing is not to miss a bit. And even then expect bruising.
 
I moved down to the wrists and back of hand occassionally. If I behave I can still use the old faithful sometimes.

I wouldn't use groin or neck. Legs would be next I guess. It is time to start reassessing your situation. Two people I know well are in a similar situation and actually have to hit each other at times (clean equipment of course).

put it in your ass man. bioavailability is around 50-70% i believe? if you keep injecting into arteries you're gonna kill yourself dude.

have you tried hitting while in the bathtub?????? warm moist heat is the way to go!! hot box yourself. stay hydrated!!!!!!!!!

I have witnessed people use leg veins in their calves, and thighs. I don't recommend using these for harm reduction reasons, but it is better than shooting into arteries for sure (and using your leg veins is also certainly better than collapsing your arm's veins via overuse of them). However, I have also witnessed people inject into their thigh's veins and manage to have it not bruise! I am amazed to be personally honest because they are very prone to bruise compared to most veins.

I find that the very fine/small veins are most likely to bruise for whatever reason.

I cringed reading this post; I don't recommend doing this to *annnyone* here. Please don't.
 
i've been trying forever for someone to properly answer me a tek on how to snort tar w/o snorting the liquid or cutting to where a half gram turns into like 17 grams of cut up powdery tar. if i find the answer i'll let you know
 
have you tried the veins on your stomach? i had a friend that use shoot there all the time, ive personaly never been able to find them on myself but they are there somewhere

.10mg - .20mg of tar can get cut down with 1 pill of diphenhydramine hcl 25mg.
i know some folks that use "dormin" which is just fancy benadryl. one would need to convert the tar to a liquid solution first, then cut it with the pill. voila! you've got cheese!
