Need Help finding a dose

I usually IV about 180 mgs of morphine, however I have the chance to get my hands on dilaudid today. Sadly they're 2s. Can anyone tell me the rough equivalency I will need to IV? I have used dilaudid before, but it was a long time ago and my tolerance grew to it quickly. I don't want to buy too little thinking I'll be alright.

There are a few opioid dosage converters on-line, but they're not 100% reliable. You have a tolerance, so it will take several of the Dilaudids, but IDK how exactly how many.
