Need Help - Comedown

Hello, so this weekend I was an idiot and did a little over a gram of mephedrone whilst also drinking a heavy amount of alcohol. It was my 5th time rolling (4th time actually feeling effects - one time barely took any) and I still feel weird mood swings and anxiety even though its been over four days since. How much longer until my mood completely stabilizes and returns to normal? I know this was a really stupid idea but I'm so nervous that i did something permanent to myself. Every other time I used much less amounts like 0.4g. Please any encouraging advice greatly appreciated. After this I'm never touching any other drugs again besides alcohol.

Well 1g with added alcohol will certainly make you feel like shit.

Eat good food, drink healthy drinks and try to remember the effects aren't permanent.

Thank you I've been trying to remember that. There's also other things going on right now that are causing me anxiety but I feel like its greatly exacerbated by this. I mean its already been four and a half days, how much longer do you think until I'm completely okay?

There's no exact date. Think of how strong that high was. Now you have to experience the karmatic effect of the low.

I'm sure a few more days and you'll be good to go. Lay of any other substance until then.
