Benzos Need help! Ativan, Propranolol, Buspar

I have prescriptions for ativan (1mg), propranolol (40mg), and buspar (20mg). I would like to combine these in the most effective way.

Does anybody have advice for increasing the high?

Any experiences using any one of these substances?

^Are you prescribed this by a physician(s) that is aware that you're on all three meds and in what doses, because this could be potentially over-sedating and may cause issues.

Yea my doc has me on all three. I have pretty bad anxiety but this combo is proving only moderately effective.

Propanolol isn't going to have any subjective effect in that combination. All it does is moderate the physical symptoms of anxiety, it doesn't have any mental effects. '

Have you been trialed on other benzos, or have you only taken the ativan? It's a very mild drug, there may be a different drug that you'll respond better to. I'd ask about xanex or klonopin, IMO.
