Need Expert Advice On How To Use N20 Chargers!

I have used nitrous before from whip cream cans, taking it into my lungs straight from the can tube. I heard that doing this with chargers is a different story alltogether and quite dangerous. I am a bit into psychedelics and I really want to get some chargers. I just don't have even the slightest idea how to use them (I am thinking that you could poke the head of the charger with a pin like instrument and quickly get a baloon??)

I know where I can get Whip Cream Dispensers as well N20 Whip Cream Chargers and I was wondering if it is easier to get a dispenser so that you can use it as a 'bong' as Wikkepedia (sp?) says. I wouldn't mind spending some extra money on a device that instead of using a baloon and a cutting instrument to release the N20 rather put it in a dispenser lets say and have it do the work for you.

My question/s are:

1. How do you use chargers? Without the dispensers...

2. What are dispensers for..as in what action do they actually perfom? (open up the charger? and release it at the same time?
Do dispensers take the place of baloons and can you use them repeatedly for months/years?

3. With dispensers, is it harder to get a biger dose at once since you need to keep reloading them (as opposed to baloons or whip cream cans)?

I want to be safe about it and know the correct/safest way to use the chargers.

Thanks but thats DEFINATLEY not what I was looking for! I specified that I am very bad with directions and even worse with construction! Only crackheads can follow those designs, I hate that shit!

Can someone PLEASE, PLEASE give me some advice on how to use a charger?

And if possible could anyone actually answer my questions?

thank you

You need either a dispenser (recommended) or a cracker and a punching-bag type balloon. Never attempt to take a hit directly off the charger without a balloon.

The most important factor as far as harm reduction is concerned is to remember to mix an even amount of oxygen with your n2o.

Also, don't overdo it. nitrous oxide binges can lead to tinnitus, numbness in the fingertips, low white blood cell count, and other health problems.

Compared to those little cracker things you can buy in head shops, having a whipped cream dispenser is more convenient in my opinion. I don't know of any other way to use the chargers without the whipped cream dispenser and a cracker. I also find that having a whipped cream dispenser eliminates the hassle of having to use balloons because i can just hit the nitrous straight from the can (although i know some people don't recommend taking hits straight from the can.)
I usually load 2 chargers (which gives me 2 to 3 nice size hits) at a time into the whipped cream dispenser, wait about 10 seconds for the can to warm up a little and then hit it.

I hope this answered your questions and like jackjones said, really be careful with how much you use it. Once I got my own whipped cream dispenser and access to free chargers, it's really hard to not keep doing it (I am also one of the few who find nitrous to be recreational on it's own or with just weed.) Have fun and be safe!

N2O is safe for occasionally use, subject to some common sense precautions. Light use is entirely harmless. But there is a potential for long term irreversible neurological and brain damage with heavy use. I learned this the hard way when after a couple months of heavy use, I felt tingling in my feet. I didn't connect it to the N2O and kept using heavily. Eventually all my limbs were numb, tingling, weak, trembling. My balance was poor. It was scary. I though I had a spinal cord injury.

When I finally sought treatment six weeks after my first symptoms, I was very fortunate. I took B12 shots and stopped the N2O and recovered almost fully over eight weeks. Only about half of those who seek treatment for this problem ever fully recover. The longer it goes without treatment, the worse the prospects for recovery get. The symptoms get worse and include impotence, brain damage, and irreparable nerve damage.

Google nitrous oxide B12 and you'll find all the relevant references. Tell your N2O using friends about this risk, which is not commonly known. There's no side effect pamphlet in an N2O package, like with much less dangerous medications.

dude, its pretty simple technology. a little contraption that has big effects, but using it is rather simple. put the n2o unit in place, then press down the handle. in motherfucking hale. im sure youll get it eventually.

I don't recommend inhaling the N2O directly from the charger, as the gas can get very cold.

HR measures should be taken when using N2O, make sure you're getting plenty of air, nitrous oxide by itself is much more dangerous than mixing N2O with air (which is how its done in medicine).

I've read a lot about people saying "remember to breathe." Do they mean remember to inhale oxygen with your n2o hit (similar to how some people inhale fresh air after taking a hit of marijuana to force the smoke down into your lungs) or to remember to inhale during the fits of laughter?

Also, is there a general time frame recommended to hold to hold in a hit of nitrous? I've seen videos of people constantly inhaling/exhaling nitrous into balloons, this strikes me as fairly dangerous, is it not?

Repeated administration, while a common practice, can be dangerous. Because you're inhaling more and more N2O you're not giving your lungs any chance to get some oxygen.

In medical practice, N2O and oxygen are mixed together and given to the patient as the "gas", "gas and air", "Entonox" or "Nitronox" in a 50/50 ratio. [Source].

Considering that regular breathing air is around 30% oxygen, you're going to want to make sure you're breathing a lot to get enough oxygen.

Is the N2O reusable? Could I inflate a balloon with it, inhale the balloon, exhale back into the balloon and save the balloon for another hit?

If it isn't I don't see the benefit of breathing it in and out back into the balloon.

I think that eventually your body would absorb all the Nox and exhale co2 or something similar but I could be wrong.

you would eventually just fill the balloon up with co2 and dilute what is left inside the balloon. prolly not worth it as then you would disrupt your oxygen mix. although u dont take in 100% of oxygen you breath in, it still wont be a good idea, plus dont be a tight ass, if u cant afford it, dont do it.

It prolly is reusable, but i doubt you would breath it out, comparing the equiblrium between inside you body and the air in the balloon, they prolly do it because it seems to make it stronger, but most likely they are depleting all the oxygen in the balloon so that all the NOx gets absorbed. I would say do it 1/2 times, maybe 3/4 but anymore not a good idea. there is prolly a high chance of actually killing yourself, if you repeadly breath in and out of a balloon. YES breath fresh air to to push down, like weed as it doesnt all go into your lungs, but also take a few breaths between huffing your nang

Thanks, I was just wondering about "saving hits" for giving a balloon to a friend later.

Is there a time frame you recommend holding the hits in for?

Hold it in until you hear the wah-wah and everything looks and feels like its fading away lol

I use nitrous to hit some 150 more horsepowers from my car and the tank is inside the cockpit and it leaks a little bit. Is dangerous inhale industrial grade nitrous a little bit? I get a little grin effects from it but it might be a placebo that is created by the awesome sound that my engine combined with dual turbochargers and 3.5" pipes cause.

A WC dispenser is the only way to use the chargers. "Crackers" give you some serious frost burns. If you pass out, you will just drop the dispenser.

MrRoot I believe they add things to racing nitrous to aid combustion, probably not great to inhale. Duct tape that shit or get better hoses lol
