Opioids need avice, methadone and xanex right now, should i take more?

I'm on methadone maintenance treatmentfor the last 3 months I'm on 80 milligrams a day and I just took one to milligram xanax and in the past it has me feeling blacked out and she's really f***** up standing in the kitchen sleeping standing up and I have the opportunity to take another 40 milligrams of methadone and another bar which would put me at 4 milligrams so right now I'm on 80 milligrams of methadone and to milligram xanax xanax has not kicked in yet but thinking about taking another 2 milligram xanax and another 20 to 40 milligrams of methadoneany advice please?
 
Save em and try again later man. Methadone and xanax has dropped a lot of people and put a few too many good folks in the dirt bro.
 
i know its hard to make a decision when youre under the influence of xanax bro, especially cuz on benzos you dont "feel" as fucked up as you think you are. if youre taking that much methadone and dont have much of a benzo tolerance dont take the other bar. please it can lead to serious CNS depression.
 
I'm confused, are you with someone or is it you falling asleep in the kitchen? Don't take anymore either way, and try not to make a habbit of doing this often, maybe save it as a treat. It's one thing if you are prescribed benzo's with maintaince meds and take the prescribed dose but abusing them all the time(any downer really soma,lyrica,gababentin etc..) with your done' or subs will just give you another habbit and you will end up in a not very good place...I really didn't realize how much I was taking all the time and now that some sources have kinda dried up and I'm not taking them all the time(well also because I have to go to the doc once a month again instead of every three months...) I feel just really anxious and down all the time and it's like a breath of fresh air as soon as I get a little bit of a benzo in me, like 1-2mg of something..it kinda sucks and seems to not be ending. Thought about ordering some offline but i'm just dealing with it...
