So SWIM (that still the deal here?) used heroin for many years but got on 8 mg subutex and started smoking crack and did that the past three years. Which was surprisingly worse for SWIM. SWIM hasn't used any dope in a year, or smoked crack in like 6 months. But SWIM's a-hole parents are making her get off her subutex maintenance. She has been on the stuff over three years and tried getting off all at once and got sicker than she has ever been in the 35947494 times she's had wd's. So she has been tapering off and because her mom is super dumb has ended up sick the past four months. Maybe there is no such thing as a painless taper? SWIM has gone from 8mg to 2mg and had leveled out a bit when yesterday she got hit with really bad wd's again. SWIM is fucking tired after almost 5 months of this bs and is trying to find something to feel better. SWIM has no old heroin connects and hasn't bought or done pills since way before they made oxy's useless. She found out about roxys in FL, but can't find that either. Can't find anything but crack round here. Her girl is getting her 2mg dilaudid tomorrow and SWIM has no idea what she is getting (but took pics off the internet and put em on her phone so she can make sure shit is legit before she buys it) but really her question is....if she does get 2mg dilaudid (shes getting 4 of them btw) will her normal roa work? She almost never Iv'ed dope...she mostly snorted and planned to do the same with these, she'd be somewhat open to Iv'ing but is scared to go get syringes herself...but will they get rid of her wd's or break through the tiny bit of subutex she is still taking if she snorts em? She would like to get high as well if she's going to spend the money and relapse. lol. Any info and tips would be appreciated. For someone who has done drugs for so long SWIM feels dumb as hell for asking, but really doesn't want to waste her money.

Well the simple answer is yes I'm getting dilauded everyday and they're very snortable. However, I usually inject them bc the bioavailability is twice as much compared to snorting. But if you don't want to inject, which is a good thing to stay away from, you can plug these. If you don't know what that is you just crush and disolve the pill in an oral syringe with water and shoot it up your butt AFTER a bowel movement as it can be absorbed by the feces. It's substantially more effective than snorting or popping it. it pretty much breaks down like this, from resources and my own experience, IV 95%+ Plugging 60-75% snorting 50% popping 30%
They were actually 4mg each and I snorted all 4.....hardly anything at all. I've only been on 1- 2mg of subutex, so I found that pretty surprising. But I wasn't sick for a little while. But, am sick again this morning and today is a 1 mg subutex day. Have a feeling I have only (at least for today) made things worse for myself. Almost wishing I'd spent the money on crack. But who am I kidding? That's always a disappointment as well. Should have saved the money and waited till I found some dope, no matter how long I would had had to wait. I'd also probably shoot it before I'd stick it up my ass. No judgment, but I've tried that with something else and it wasn't fun and it didn't work that great. Esp. since I didn't have, nor do I have, an oral syringe. Thanks for getting back to me though.
