Opioids [Need Answer ASAP] Just Took Clarithromycin - How Long Should I Wait to Take Codeine (for increasing amount of codeine converted to morphine)??

Just managed to take a couple of Clarithromycin. I can't remember the science and am too lazy to look it up but it does something to the enzyme that metabolizes codeine into morphine to significantly increase the amount that is converted (est. by x3.5 meaning each 30mg codeine will result in 10.5mg morphine instead of 3mg morphine)

How long do I wait after taking the Clarithromycin to take the codeine???

Fuck, I may be incredibly dumb....does Clarithromycin do the exact OPPOSITE of what I just said??

Seems to mostly inhibit the enzyme that metabolizes codeine to norcodeine

My guess is it would have negligible effect, but yes opposite of what you thought if any

Fuck. It had a significant inhibitor affect. Damn it. I swear someone on here told me otherwise,
I guess I'll not take any more codeine for several hours so it's not wasted.
