Need adviseASAP on Using H on top of oxy

Mr S had a tooth pulled today and is in a stupid amount of ain as it was pulled out with an abscess inside it.
Doc gave him endone 5mg which he had 3 of about 2.5 hours ago then 1 (Targum) oxycodone hcl/naloxone HCL about 30 min ago.
MR s isn't a H user but is still in a lot of pain and has been offered a hit to help get through today.
Is it safe to have H on top of what he has already taken? I need a reply pretty quickly.

We don't really know how strong the h is, so we can't really say if it's safe or not, but you'll be a lot safer doing it with others around just in case...

I don't think it's a good idea to use heroin while taking preparations containing naloxone. Tell him to just stick with the pain pills.

Yea idk why he gave you the naloxone that sounds weird but I wouldn't add H on top of it, it'd probably be a waste.
