Need advise -white residue on meth pipe stem

I have been collecting the white residue in the stem from my meth pipe. Have a good amount. What is it? Is it good stuff, bad stuff? Can I do anything with my collection of residue?

Yeah usually that's msn or whatever that cuts called. I've heard of people putting their dope in the oven at low temps just to cook that shit off. Never did it myself.
