Need advice on where to go

Here's the short version of my story: 5 years ago my health was devastated by a stage 3 cancer and had to undergo major surgery, and chemo + radiation. I am cured (thank God) but lost half a lung, a piece of my soul, and am just not the same physically or emotionally/psychologically. Also, as a result of my illness, I became addicted to oxy. Now, I have lost my job and my wife is leaving me; the final devastating blow. Oxy no longer gets me high anymore. No longer get that glow and euphoria no matter how much I take or how long of a break I take from subs (been on 2-4 mgs daily, plugged, for the past year). Basically, I want to just liquidate my assets and move to a place with readily available, high quality H, where I can live on the cheap and be relatively safe. Prefer in the US, but outside of the US is ok too as I have lived abroad. Places that come immediately to mind are Baltimore or Vancouver. Would like some other suggestions, and please, no lectures or moralizing. I just don't give a shit anymore and want to float away on a cloud numbing bliss. Need relief. Thanks.

This isn't exactly BDD material. Sorry things aren't working out for you lately, life can deal us a shitty hand sometimes, but I'm pretty liquidating your assets and searching for a mountain of smack to build a cave in isn't the answer to your problems.
