need advice on something to help my chronic pain

Hi my name is Tricia from Michigan. I need two hip replacements but am to young. I have been on opiates (norco) since 2007. As you know tolerance is a bitch. Norco worked wonders for a long time. But not anymore. So far my doc has tried:
1- butrans patch (did nothing)
2- (2) 80mg opana oxy 2x day with norco. No help
3- currently on fentanyl patch 50mg and norco. I'm not getting relief.

Does anyone have any advice on what might work like my vicodin did so well? I would appreciate your input. Thank you xx
