I am female 53 - drink too much- take methylphenidate (prescription) after being diagnosed with ADHD - tried lots of legal highs etc been diagnosed also with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME) deppression, anxiety, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (under review). I take methylphenidate 20mg X 3 times a day - says maximum is 100mg need to stop drinking and just wondered if anyone else is on it and how much u can take to get a high - to get away from alcohol.
