The lethal dose of methadone is not 20mg by rule of thumb, I was just saying, people have died at this dosage, everybody reacts differently.

You took 40mg methadone with no tolerance and lived? Consider yourself VERY lucky to be alive, MANY people have died from just 30mg methadone.
