Need advice and help for opiate detox

Yes I got all the meds I need, maybe more, clonidine is the only thing I didnt have. I got lyrica, last time with methadone really helps, benzos, buscopan for IV/IM or pills, zolpidem for sleep. I only need to buy imodium (OTC so, no problem to get) and clonidine.

Ok guys, this is the first day of wds... They prolonged lessons until yesterday, and today i quit cold turkey. Last dose on 2am last night (instant release), i woke up like 1h ago, just pop 1mg clonazepam and my therapy (10mg lexapro). Now i dunno what to do... I got lyrica, and that can help, but i also have DXM, some ppl says it helps alot. Which one of the two is better to ease withdrawal? Some tought about dxm?

2nd day:
I keep posting, this is really weird... i feel the withdrawal, but not that much... I feel tired, unmotivated, sometimes some chills but no stomach ache/vomiting/diahrrea.
Quite strange for a person who took hundreds of mgs of oxy per day... Maybe switching from bupe to oxy for a short time matters? I dunno... Yesterday i use dxm (105mg on noon, and 90mg on nightime) combo with clonazepam, 1mg x 3times/die.
Only last night i was freaking out after a joint (i use hash, but its really weak, not good quality) i felt a kind of rush and craving, but when the high come off i passed out.
Even on low dose of dxm i got some blackout, cant remember what i did for a short period. I though the wds were really bad but... I can barely feel it... Why? Im not special, there must be an answer to this, maybe the dxm do the job? Or i took oxy for a short period and i experience minor wds?
Does the DXM prolong wds, or no?

Nope DXM doesn't prolong opioid w/d. You've just experience how well DXM works for dealing with opioid withdrawal. I had a similarly mind blowing experience back in around 2012-13. First few times I tried DXM I just blackout/slept for 12 hrs. But later on using it for opioid withdrawal, oh my.

Try DXM polystirex as opposed to HBr. Should keep you from blacking out and last longer (ideal for withdrawal). This stuff is really really powerful and serious medicine. Just enough, it can save your life. Too much, it can kill you. Please only take as much as you need to get over the acute withdrawal and then seek out other forms of support (I'm not saying stop taking it if you find it help - big if - just don't keep taking it more than once a week or once a month even; daily or long terms use it's really unhealthy).

Here is some light reading for you on this topic:

Thanks alot thootpaste, I only use a range to 75-105mg two times a day. It was a godsend. Never going over the 1st plateau, sometimes even there (just to touch the threshold).

Now im on day 5, yesterday night i was freaking out for the headache, pop 2200mg ibuprofene during the day but nothing... I was rationalizing to pop just a little oxy to alleviate the pain (cant handle headache, i suffer from it since i was 6) the worst of my life. Luckily had a friend beside me who know me well and support me during that day. Finally its over.

I have a question on benzos, before the detox i was taking 15mg valium, during the detox i switched to klonopin (3mgs average/day) stay on that dosage only for the week needed to be clean.
My tolerance to benzos is increase only fo a week on klonopin? What dosage of valium/diazepam should i take when the detox end? Im planning to taper valium reeealy slow, maybe it will took a year, i dont care, but i dunno what dosage i need... Can you help me?

If you have enough diazepam to do a slow taper, 30mg diazepam ~ 3mg clonazepam. Reduce the diazepam by one mg per week and you should be cool. If you need to take break, or slow the taper to once every two weeks. It will take a while, but god knows it will be worth it. If you have a specific time frame you need to work within let us know so we can update.

Yes my doctor can prescribe diazepam, i was already use it and I can get all i need for taper purpose. Damn i was only at 15mgs daily... Only for a week on clonazepam does my tolerance increased so much? I hate benzos... Im not addicted to it like opiates, i can taper slowly without issues. No, there's no specific time frame for this. I can work taking benzo, it's a more "socially accepted" if someone caught me poppin 5mgs of diazepam.

Oh if it's only been a week you had switched from diazepam to clonazepam. Another thread in SL mentioned tapering clonazepam @ 10%. If you can mange those kind of dose reduction this with the clonazepam (it would require you make the clonazepam an aqueous solution to dose volumetrically) go for it. Diazepam may be more difficult for other reasons, but it depends.

How long were you taking diazepam before again, before you started taking the clonazepam?

I started diazepam during my methadone detox on january 2017, i was taking 20mgs/day. I start tapered down on april, this summer i was taking 5-6mgs but i increase the dosage the next months til 15mgs/day. So... Its been a year on benzos.
I switched from 15mgs diazepam to 3mgs clonazepam (average) only this week during withdrawal.

Only the 4th day i messed up a bit due to my freaking/major cravings and mix xanax, diazepam, klpins and shit. Only for a day. My dose is 3mgs clonazepam.

My ignorance... Why it may be more difficult taper down diazepam switched to clonazepam? Btw im familiar with solution and stuff, and theres no problem to reduce 10%, but i prefer the diazepam, it numb you out less than klpins, this one has a proper "high".

Update from day 13:
I dont understand the wds... Seems all physical are gone, but I continue to feel slightly uncomfortable, i can sleep (no more than 8h) but i feel tired all day long, no motivation and CRAVING CRAVING CRAVING. My body temperature is not normal, i feel cold more than usual and in the meanwhile i sweat. Its nothing like the first days... But it's there.

I switched from bupe to oxys like 2 month ago now, is this an oxy withdrawal? Or somehow its proponged by the bupe?

I cant figure out... The evening is the worst part, i use like 30+mgs diazepam with a xanax (1mg) on top plus tons of joints just to stay calm and get the fuckin cravings away... i rationalize in every way to justify the use of a single oxy pill... Im still clean, i "survived" the new years eve w/out using (sooo challenging), but i continue suffer from bad cravings and sometimes headache.

Some has an advice or an idea? Whats the best way to act?
Is this paws? I cant continue bomb myself with benzos and tons of hash.

I gotta study, if the wds are too long i got some bupe left... And i will take it. This time the cravings are overwhelming, but then the circle starts again I fear... Dont want to prolong the wds btw... Im freaking out.
