Opioids Need Advice about my Pain Management Meds

Hello!

I am looking for some imput to try and get some help for my pain Management problem.

Currently i am taking Oxymorphone 40mg ER (Opana generic) and Oxycodone 30mg. My Insurance is Fidelis (Medicaid) I am maxed out on my Quantity of Oxycodone my insurance will cover, and i dont believe i can get an incrase to my Opana. My DR Said he would give me an incrase because as it is currently the meds i take barely work on my pain b/c ive been taking meds for so long i have a terribly high tolerance. I was thinking of adding the Fen Patch to my Medications... does any1 have any experiance with this? Does any1 know if Fidelis will cover the 3 medications? Or is there any other options out there ive overlooked? Please give me advice! Thanks
 
Since you have such a high tolerance to opiate painkillers, have you tried other types of medications as an add-on to the opiates?
What is the pain that you have?
Or a better way to word it i guess would be, what causes your pain? What type of pain is it? Things like that.
 
I think the DEA is also cracking down on insurance companies, telling them not to cover too many opiate medications for one person. That might be the problem there. I don't know for sure but I've read about it in the newspaper.
