Need Advice About Fentanyl/Morphine/Oxycodone

Hello All,

I just discovered Bluelight yesterday so I am very, very new here. Please accept my apologies if I am posting incorrectly or in the wrong place. I was hoping for some advice about how to best use some opioids.

I used to love oxycontin 80mg's. I used them for years and years. My daily dose was around 300mg per day which would have me feeling nice but functional for most of the day with some nodding towards the end of the day. For the past two years I have used nothing but Suboxone. (BTW this isn't because I'm trying to get clean, it's just an availability issue). I take one quarter of a 8-2mg strip in the morning, then a whole strip at night about 4 hours before bed. I have been slowly building up a stash of other opioids over the past year and I think I'm now ready to use them. I have a plan in mind but I'd love to see if others have suggestions about how to get the best high. I have the following:

One Fentanyl patch 25mcg/hr made by Mallinckrodt (not the kind with the gel inside)
Thirty four non needle syringes each with 5mg oral morphine (total=170mg liquid oral morphine)
Ten 5mg oxycodone (total=50mg oxycodone)

I would like to use these items to get a nice buzz for one day (more if possible). I don't need to be slammed, nodding out all over, I just want the nice warm fuzzy feeling that I miss so much. Here is how I was planning to use them. Also a quick note: Based on what I've read it is extremely dangerous to try and use the fentanyl patch any way other then transdermally. I'm just not willing to take the risk.

Next week I have a four day weekend scheduled. I am thinking of trying this: On Thursday morning I will wake up and take my usual one quarter strip of Suboxone. On Thursday night when I get home from work instead of taking my full suboxone strip I will take 20mg to 40mg oxycodone to stave off the antsy-ness I usually feel if I skip the Suboxone. Then, Friday morning I will wake up and place the fentanyl patch on my skin. I won't do anything else until Saturday morning. On Saturday morning, I'll wake up and judge how I feel. If the patch alone isn't doing it for me, then I'll take EXTREMELY small doses of morphine until I get where I want to be and will continue to do so until I run out.

What do people think of this plan? How would you use these items to get the best high? I'm basically looking for the feeling I used to get from five 80mg oxycontins used over a 18 hour period. I would sincerely appreciate any advice or feedback. Thank you in advance.

You need to take a good break between the subs (1-2days) before you'll really get the full effect of your opiates.
I'd say wait till you feel like shit to start your nodding day.

If I took suboxone this morning, by the next morning(24hrs) I tend feel full effects of opiates ( well I think I do) it's just the thebaine derived opioids that seem to be diminished to shit even after a week off opiates, all the hydro and oxy derived opioids it seems to be

Good advice, thank you. The way I figure it my "nodding" day will be Saturday and I won't take any suboxone after thursday morning which should give me 48 hours to get the opioid blocker out of my system. The patch will in fact go on my skin on Friday but from what I've read day 2 on the patch is the best day so that's the day I will use the liquid morphine.

However, I've done some more research and it seems as though the 25mcg per hour fentanyl patch is not as strong as I thought. Could someone double check my math for me? Here it goes:

0.1mg of fentanyl = 10mg IV morphine (from the bluelight opioid conversion page)
My fentanyl patch = 25mcg per hour which = 0.025mg fentanyl per hour which = 2.5mg morphine per hour
The fentanyl patch contains a total of 2.75mg of fentanyl which = 275mg of morphine

Does this look right? I'm surprised because 2.5mg of morphine is almost nothing as far as I'm concerned considering how opioid tolerant I am. I'm worried about this because as I said above I've spent over a year putting this little "stash" together and I would be pretty upset if it didn't make me feel nice. I'm still not going to take the risk but even if I did take the whole patch orally all at once, I can easily handle 275mg of morphine. Hmmmm... What do you guys think. Am I way off here? Thanks again.
