1 hour ago i ingested 200mg MDAI + 100mg mpa + 500mg Mephedrone + 6-APB(One benzo fury pellet dosage unknown)Orally

i am know completely fucked. This is better than MDMA and cocaine. I have never been so euphoric in my life.

Am i in danger?

Also i took 45mg mirtazapine yesterday

Should i go to the emergency room?

We don't do emergency threads here. If you feel that you are in danger for your life then go to the emergency room, that is a big dose of mephedrone to take at once, and mixed with the other 3 stimulants it could cause some problems, although other people have probably survived on that amount of drugs.

Ultimately though the decision is yours, if you feel you are at risk of death or serious problems then call an ambulance and get yourself to the ER.

Going to close this now to prevent anyone stating anything else.

That's quite a mix you've taken there.

We can't possibly tell you if you should go to the emergency room or not based on "I feel fucked" and a range of different RCs having been ingested, but if you are worried for your health, yes you should.

Mirtazepine doesn't have quite the same risk of serotonin syndrome that a lot of other antidepressants do, but it does happen sometimes and you've taken a few serotinergic drugs there. If you feel unwell at all then you do need to get yourself checked out by a doctor. It's a tricky one as serotonin syndrome has a lot of the same features that are also side effects of serotinergic drugs, just taken to the extreme.

Serotonin syndrome - main symptoms are agitation, high tempterature, fast heart rate, nausea/vomiting, confusion, hallucinations, uncoordination and a rapid change in blood pressure.

We are not an emergency service I'm afraid - please get yourself to a doctor if you are worried, we can't diagnose you over the internet.. good luck! <3
