Need a new test kit!

Hey all!

Been a while since we've posted here, and about a year since we've rolled. Last time, my test kit was a bit on the old side (though it worked well enough in the end), and I figure it's time to get a new one, as we're planning on dropping again in a month or so.

Since it's been a while, I thought I'd try and get some advice on exactly which testkit we should get. I've seen www.dancesafe.org thrown around, so I'm prepared to buy from them, but I don't want to overpay for something I don't need.

We literally do NOTHING but MDMA. I don't need a test kit that will test coke, heroin, etc. I DO need a test kit that will test for MDMA, with the most accurate results. Can anyone advise?

@Severely, would you suggest "marquis" or "mecke" or what...I guess that's what I'm really asking...

What test will give the "best" results for MDMA, without bogging me down with tests for coke and the like?

Nevermind. Just checked out dancesafe, and their descriptions on the site were very informative.

Looks like a Marquis kit will GENERALLY cover what I need, but for extra certainty, the Simons reagent kit will clarify any questions.

Marquis is the best for initial screening of MDMA. Mecke is to reactive in my experience and opinion.

Get the whole kit! The Dance Safe kit is designed to help you determine if you have a virtually "clean" MDxx pill. In the event you only want to acquire one reagent to simply determine the presence of MDxx, Marquis would be the way to go. It's worth it to have a full reagent in order to be more specific about contents imo.

Agreed!!!

Especially with new and/or more inexperienced users if you're introducing them or bringing them into the fold. Personally is someone switched my 150mg of MDMA out for MDA without me knowing it wouldn't make me mad (at all) but if I was introducing a brand new roller to the party and I wouldn't want to accidentally give them MDA thinking it was MDMA. . .

Of course, I am always extremely careful breaking in newbies to things. . .
 
I understand all of this, but as a counterpoint, I only use marquis. I have alot of bills these days, and I buy in bulk and do not sell. These reagents have shelf lives. You must ask how often you will use it. In my case I used the marquis ampules or eztest marquis twice in one year and won't need a kit for awhile. YMMV. I loved the idea of the full kit from dancesafe, until I deemed it a bit much for my use. I envy you folk who can test, test, test away.. I love the search.

Addendum to my previous question:

It looks like Google Chrome is telling me that the certificate for Dancesafe.org has expired, and security cannot be verified. Unfortunately, I am a bit paranoid about using my cc online anyway, which means dancesafe is out of the question for now.

That's where I got my original test kit, and it has never failed me (until now because it's old). Anyone have any experience with their new test kits? Can I rely on them? They are quite a bit cheaper now, which has me a bit skeptical...:/
 
how long do the test kits last?? and does anyone know of a kit that test for pma? (preferably american...)
