Okay so im a little bit more frequent than your everyday iv drug user. 3 days ago-So far so good. 2 days ago shot some roxies (no micron so double filtered through q-tip cotton) no noticeable negative side effects. Yesterday realized that my one vein in my one arm is rock hard and the other arm just hurts in general. Now im not looking for "derp a derp dont shoot drugs"response but what can I do to get my one vein "softened up" just so that its not hard as a rock constantly receding. Note I am not going to use this injection site until the bend gets better but any help is appreciated.

In my experience the only cure is time. Try not to use the same veins everytime, although I know the ones in the crook of the elbow are easy to find and hit (Dr's use them for a reason) there are plenty of others.

Ive had the crook of my arm turn very hard once and it was impossible to even see any veins or shit. That was abit scary but it went away over time.

If you show any signs of infection get your ass to a doctor right away.

What are Roxies?

Thanks for the advice all I sincerely appreciate it I have been iving for a few years and this was my first scare aside from a miss or two. Also I dont really know anyone who shoots in between their toes or hands but there are large and clear veins on my foot and back of hand that I can hit quite easily and leave minimal markings the only bad thing about hitting to veins in the top of your foot is that it may not all travel properly to your heart due to gravity. Again thank you everyone for the quick help I will post in the next few weeks how it shapes up but after a day of lifting it has stopped receding (not fully) but is still rock hard. Hopefully another few days and it will be back to almost normal.

Thanks again for all everyones input my arm is feeling much better aside from the vein itself feeling a little weak it is doing so much better than it was before (at least its visible now).

if this was true you'd natually get blood clots in your feet

It feels odd to shoot into my the top of my feet maybe its not gravity but something makes it different.

I have no idea how I could ever find a vein in between my toes and I have been IVing for 5 years, 2 of heavy use. I have abnormally large veins in my arms though so I haven't had to worry about webbing of toes and fingers and shit.

on my arms my two bicep veins (the veins in the crease of my elbow) are hard right along where my track marks are and i can seem to use those veins to register a shot. the veins next to the bicep veins (the veins that are on the inside of the bicep vein) have some small hard bumps and one large hard bump so i cant use those either. are there any other good veins that i can use while im letting these veins heal? why are my crease veins hard and why am i unable to pull blood from them? is there anything i can do to help heal and repair these veins other than just time, or vitamin c and zinc?

I've been getting sick because i cant successfully register a shot and push the drug into my system, which is causing some issues for me.

try your hands or back of your forearm, like the side of the arm the top of your hand is. should be a big vein running from near the wrist to almost your elbow.
