Need a Break

I've been smoking multiple times a day everyday for about 2 weeks now. I really need a break, but the thought of a night without weed or alcohol is boring the hell out of me already and it's still the morning .. how do I get back to enjoying life without being high/drunk?
 
Find something else to occupy your time with. Exercise, go out, just do something to keep your mind off of it.

I don't wanna quit I just wanna cut it back. But for me I seem to overdo things.

So don't quit completely. Just find something else to focus on, so you're not blowing smoke so often. Either that, or buy smaller amounts and limit yourself to only smoking at certain times. If you're in school, or working.. don't smoke before you go into either, wait until you're home to blaze. Or, keep blazing a "night" thing, and only do it then, when all of your other responsibilities are taken care of.

...It's weed man, not heroin. It's not going to send you into crazy withdrawals just to cut back.
