A few things:
If you want to play it safe, experimenting with 25I-NBOMe alone is pushing the envelope and that is putting it mildly. But barring great tragedy and overdose people seem to tolerate it. Now, combinations I do not think there is enough experience with to give you good advice on how to handle this properly. Therefore by default the advice is: don't.
- Don't combine such an untested combination of compounds on New Years Eve because of the festivities, since they (as setting) alone will probably skyrocket your mood and with a lot of people also their optimism if drugs are initially taken already. Ask yourself if you are willing to take this risk of taking a combination that is profoundly unstudied. Better though: ask yourself if it is not enough to just choose one of these drugs and celebrate without combining. i.e. If I were you I would imagine myself to have a wonderful time with 25I or MDMA on their own. MXE is not my cup of tea but even the analogous ketamine is not something I would find appropriate for NYE. I wouldn't want to be that far elsewhere if you get what I mean (dissociation).
- Don't combine three drugs if you haven't even tried out the three possible permutations before (25I & MDMA / 25I & MXE / MDMA & MXE). Even if you have taken the last one, MDMA & MXE together the unpredictability of a compound like 25I and what it may potentially catalyze such as hyperthermia for example... it still makes it a bad idea.
I'm not sure whether I should or should not be surprised that the combination has indeed been taken by a reading BL-er before ^ but this is only 1 data-point, one example. And it carries a negative suggestion at that.
MXE has been found to do something nasty together with certain stimulants that is not well explained at all. It is not elucidated whether the main problem is making things worse with 5HT2B / NE / or beta-adrenoceptor (all might implicate this mentioned heavy load on the heart) activity or something else but seriously, 25X together with MDMA is IMO asking for enough primary and secondary activity to make it enough not to want to try this.
Also MDMA with a 25X might be tricky since MDMA does it's job so well and 25X is such a catalyst. This might be oversimplifying but I still wouldn't say it is safe. No.
Do? Well 'if you must' of course just celebrate the new year responsibly and in that new year you could (if you already have extensive experience with the three drugs mentioned/involved) try combinations of two of them but not three and keep the doses extra low. If you do not approach it step-wise this way you are asking for significantly more trouble and no one here can tell you what it might cost you.
