I absolutely love this combo, but I always get super nauseas the next day with a crazy headache. I usually take 150-200 mg tramadol and anywhere from 0.5-1 mg Xanax. I usually drink with this combo also, but never more than 1-2 beers and I try to drink enough water as well... Does this happen to anyone else or just me? What's a good remedy for the nausea the next morning?

Tramadol gives me nauseous feelings as it is and makes my tummy feel really strange the next day. Dunno about xanax, ive never had it. I don't even know what it is, I just hear Americans talk about it all the time. What is the British equivalent?

The only plausible explanation on why you're getting nauseous is because you're drinking. Something you shouldn't be doing with these drugs anyways since:

A - alcohol could heighten the seizure risk of tramadol.
B - the combination of opioid, benzodiazepine, and tramadol could lead to a fatal overdose.
