Hi!
I'd like help to make a big fancy dandy thread about how normal meals and foods can interact with drugs. Potentiate them, nule them, cause more damage or reduce it. It would be more avocated to light nootropic and brain foods, but whatever that stacks for good or bad with any drug, will help and aid.
Some foods that come to my mind are:
- Ginseng
- Polen
- Honey
- Ginko Biloba
- Guarana
- Tea
- Coffee
- Seeds/dried fuits
- Milk/yougurt
- Omega3/9
- Fruist/vegetables
- Tobbaco
- Yerba mate (it's "similar" to tea)
- complements/suplements
- Aminoacids/creatine/sport foods
- SuperFoods (Spiruline, Peruvian Maca, Goji Berries, Cacao Seeds, etc)
- Spices (curry, curcumine, etc)
- etc!
I've searched hard on this, but I can only find scattered information, more from random and isolated personal trys, than from actual cientific bases. But personal experiences are wellcome too.
