ya'll on high horse saying that if you can't get drugs and take them illegally you shouldn't be taking them.
drugs being illegal is cool cause you can get to know people with dealing with them... personally i'm not the type of person that enjoys company and i wouldn't've gotten to know people's personalities as well if drugs were illegal, BUT i've been paranoid with my schizophrenia because drugs are illegal. i just have had to deal with some serious shitty thought processes and paranoia, BUT i have always pulled through, so i'm not even gonna say that there isn't something to "life is a test" and things are set up the way they are so we can all get reactions out of different people. i hate that thought though, and i can't say it really matters all that much to me getting to know people.
i feel like a lot of schizophrenics want to take drugs too and are recommended not to. i believe if there were facilities where schizophrenics could go and get coached through the trips if necessary that SOME PEOPLE could over come. drugs cause some schizophrenic people do have some seriously out of this world thoughts from drugs which don't fit in with society though. maybe just view these people as casualties and lock them up if that's a problem cause i really feel like the people that were helped from psychedelics would mean more even if some people were worse off some of the time. i'm gonna say a lot of schizophrenic people have problems with out drugs anyways... there have been studies about giving psychedelics to children and it can supposedly bring them out of dark states. i'm not sure if this happens less with adults, but i assume adults in society where drugs are illegal that they would have more paranoia because they know they are doing something which they are told not to. the children getting out of dark states with psychedelics in studies weren't potentially being persecuted because of taking the drug.
fuck drugs being illegal too. my friend got raped in the parking lot of a rat dog (grateful dead side project) concert cause she passed out in a van doing drugs with some dudes. if you want to find people that are sick enough to do something like that and really get to know how terrible people are, maybe keep drugs illegal. idk, maybe just legalize drugs and write history of how fucked up shit was. i'm totally into that idea. i think all drugs should be legal. we have enough food on the planet that we don't need everyone to be working a job. the economy is already showing that there isn't surplus jobs in the market. people have a lot of free time. i really hope that some day the government will recognize that drugs are a part of some people's lives. i believe even if some of my thoughts are actually mental disorder that i am a shaman. i hope some day they let people do as they please and act how they want in society if they aren't harming people... supposedly issac newton predicted that 2060 would be some type of change on the planet. the mayans were also saying 2012 would be something. i think there is something about these two different groups predicting these that it might be some type of spiritual message that these would be the estimate for a time of change. between 2012-2060, science really cought up with how things are supposed. .. i already see that people are starting to be more accepting of people using drugs because there actually are real benefits... i really believe it's possible that all the drugs that are supposed to be legal are going to be legal in 2060 (at least in america) and people are going to be able to pray however they want to. this will hopefully cause some sort of cosmic rift into the whole world learning that drugs being legal and the ways of the american's is peace.
if 2060 isn't about peace and there is no way to stop terrorism (to me terrorism could just be undeserved inequality), i really feel like some countries with female genital mutilation are so sick and in so much pain that we should just nuke the whole planet. like it's crazy how countries with FGM have nuclear weapons. maybe there is no way to have world peace so we should end the whole planet... i'm sure the women in countries with female genital mutilation will say that they really aren't in pain and things are just the way they are, but i think they might not be experiencing the same charge of life that others get to experience and i don't like that.
anyways, yeah shrooms should be legal. lol... i didn't really get totally fucked up HPPD from shrooms though. you can though... acid totally drove me fucking crazy. some people hate their experience with acid... acid is insanity that i love. it's not even that much different than shrooms though. i just love the buzz of acid.. idk. i took so much of it that my HPPD is totally fucked up. people can get HPPD even from just one shroom trip though... idk.... there are gonna be so many people in society though that if people want HPPD, they can just ride the bus. people deserve to get HPPD if they see cool stuff. LOL. it's really made out to be a problem... really have to admit since this is a harm reduction board that driving for me is really unsafe with my condition. i can't see lights right at all. people have to really watch how they are feeling and what's going on with their heads with psychedelics.... not even recommending people try to get HPPD. some people that have cool trips while under the influence just end up with totally annoying visual fuzz and shit that isn't even cool to have. i mostly read about people with that on reddit... i totally believe i had the write to fuck with my head as i wanted to taking drugs though and if a person took drugs and had a bad time or fell off, they should just be considered a casuality. i believe i am doing what god or the spirits want. i don't think some people that take drugs really even were or are supposed to. i could just be on a huge high horse with that comment though, but i just believe there is something to that i can take a ton of psychedelic drugs and a lot of what i tune on guitar will come back with the same exact results with an electric tuner. i'm objectively doing something with art. i also know the drugs i take are making me breath a specific way that is making me feel good. i'm 100% relaxing my muscles if i get into a flow state. i've met people that use drugs that are just nervous and fucked up. i don't think they are chilling out or are in any type of flow state. idk though, maybe these people just don't have the potential to feel as good as i do.
i think mushrooms are fine for most people to take though. tons of people take them. i'm not even saying you need to be an artist or musician to take shrooms either. that i believe that artists and musicians are doing things for other people to enjoy. that everyone has a role in the universe. a lot of artists and musicians claim to have spiritual connections with their fans. i'm not trying to put myself on a high horse for saying i can tune guitars. i get a lot of inspiration from every day people. everything is just one big vibration.. i'm not saying there is a right way to make art either. some of my art i like is just kind of bizarre shit. i'm not really sure how i feel about judging art. lol. but if people are having fun, it's all good. i've seen some pretty shitty paintings and i believe it's cool people are having fun with them... not saying the OP's art is shitty. i see some potential in it or feel that it could be art made the right way as is. a lot of people make great art though. you may be able to find a career doing something with art, but not everyone does. i know a lot of people that went to art schools and are just lake waiters or waitresses working shit jobs like that. usually some people are left with some free time for their endeavors though... if you like psychedelics, they don't even really work all the time though, so i working can just be something to bide time... had to work like 20 years to get my disablity payments for schizophrenia. you won't get as much payments unless you work for a while first, so i would recommend OP get a part time job while they live with their parents to be completely honest.
took this a bit farther for the OP than just shrooms being legal, more how society should be and i feel like shrooms being legal is a part of that... MIT or harvard people are predicting the economy crashes in 2040, so things might get cool in the OP's life time with out having to wait till they are too old or at least some change will happen and that will be interesting... i'm thinking that shrooms are just gonna be legal, and a lot of people are gonna be stuck in homeless shelter almost concentration camp type places. if this happens, i'm gonna be an advocate for letting people in the shelters make art and take drugs. i'm at least gonna use the internet to spread my feelings for now. things are really fucked up, but i see some hope.
