I suppose that a chart would be impossible to make because endorphins are released into the blood stream randomly and they are very different from what we know as opiates/opioids, but since some mammals are in fact capable of producing morphine itself, instead of endorphins which does not bind to the same MU receptors, most importantly, the μ-opioid, I wonder how much endorphins equals some Morphine and how much the body releases it per day; also why cutting (as in selfharming) produces so much analgesia, sedation and respiratory depression.. I think this really worth researching about it. I do wonder too if it is a fact of evolution that we "still make" endorphins instead morphine like other animals.
Thanks in advance.
