[National] Stereosonic Festival 27 Nov - 5 Dec 2010

Dutch trance superstar Tiesto will headline the 2010 Stereosonic festival, it was announced this morning.

The news comes shortly after incorrect rumours that Tiesto died in a car crash earlier this week, the second such rumour in four years.

The Supersonic festival visits Sydney, Perth, Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane throughout November and December. The full line-up will be announced next week, with tickets on sale in early August.

Stereosonic 2010 dates:

Saturday 27 November – Sydney Moore Park, Hordern, RHI & Surrounds - 12midday-10pm (Doors 11:30am)
Sunday 28 November – Perth Claremont Showgrounds - 12midday-10pm (Doors 11:30am)
Saturday 4 December – Melbourne Royal Melbourne Showgrounds - 12midday-10pm (Doors 11:30am)
Saturday 4 December – Adelaide Bonython Park - 12midday-10pm (Doors 11:30am)
Sunday 5 December – Brisbane Eagle Farm Racecourse - 11.30am-09.30pm

Edit: Maybe a current Flier would be good too, I can't find one either...

Typical...I'm keen for this but as per usual it's on a Sunday :( Suck's for people that have work 4am Monday morning's...Grrrr
 
i dunno if this is why it was all planed, but havin heard tiesto died i thought "ah nutz didnt even get to see the guy play" and now that he aint it compels me to want to go just for that, Hrmm, krafty
 
BOOOOOOOO for tiesto! His new style is fucking shit. His typical classic/uplifting trance style was great...couldn't care less about him anymore.

Can guarantee this years crowd at Stereosonic in Melbourne is going to be horrible compared to the previous years due to the headliner alone.

Will see what the rest of the lineup is like and see if im going to go or not.
 
Even last year's crowd was not that great,

If they didn't implement the shirts on rule I would have suffocated from so much muzz testosterone going around.

^ well I disagree I think tiesto is still great no matter what style he decided to go with he always pulls out some sick shit and cannot wait for this concert. Although I will have to buy my tickets as soon as there on sale because I know Perth will sell out in seconds.
 
heard that adelaide has already sold 2200 tickets :S
seen armin last year, ferry this year and now tiesto... adelaides turning out to be alright.
