I take it that you have never even remotely been around wild deer. They are very intelligent and will haul ass if they see, smell, or hear you. I love going hunting and watching deer and other wildlife. I maybe shoot a huge buck once a year and the meat is given to the needy.

Deer cause more damage from traffic wrecks and can destroy some crops that farmers depend on to feed their own family.

You just have the wrong impression of hunters man.
 
Nj pretty got raped by the deer tick; because the state wasn't allowing
so much hunting and limiting the number of hunting license's given out that season.
Than we had a HUGE increase in deer ticks & everything else that comes with them...
 
Deer like to eat weed thats a great reason to put that bastard in my freezer. And yes deer is amazing Elk is better and Buffalo is better than elk. I love meat. Im grilling steaks for thanksgiving and drinking beer fuck the normal turkey bullshit

I took 3 bars yesterday (sorry jay) and woke up this morning and smoked a bowl at like 11. Now I'm barred out and can't remember if I have showered or not...I'm barred out again
 
Deer by me are like domesticated. There's a decent amount of them down by the beach, and they chill in the dunes. Then they come to the parking lot to eat peoples food, and people literally feed them by hand. It's just not natural.

no i havent really been around wild deer, i never been hunting and ive never tried venison..i just dont like killin animals for sport, because its fun..someone who gets pleasure from killing a harmless creature, someone who literally gets a rise from it is just kinda sick to me..i dont understand it..but whatever man if thats what you like then so be it..some dudes like to suck cock, some dudes like to kill harmless animals..its all the same really, who am i to judge?
 
I lit up like a christmas tree over 3 hydros man. Then i proceeded to itch my fucking face off for about 4 hours and i havent felt an opiate itch in like 3 years.
 
Chinky I don't think you grasp the whole concept of hunting and no matter what I say it probably won't matter anyway. I did laugh at your post though. It is not for everyone and that is cool. You also live in Chicago where you have Draconian gun control too. Hope you had a good holiday.
 
yeah man it was good..way too much food..ham, turkey, and prime rib is just uncalled for especially cause it was a 18lb prime rib roast..thats over 100$ piece of meat, i think it was closer 120$ and to me thats just crazy...

one good thing is i just ordered a 60" Sharp AQUOS TV, that should be here in a few days, so im stoked with that

but welder yea illinois is stupid when it comes to guns, we have some of the strickest guns laws out there

I think anyone that isn't a psychopath feels it when they kill a "harmless animal". Whether you're a hunter or not. I don't hunt but, I know people that do and what you can take is closely protected as far as how many males and how many females. It's not like we're wiping out a species. If people didn't hunt then we'd definitely be paying someone to do it. If you've ever seen what a deer does to a car you wouldn't even think twice about hunting and the benefit of population control.

Edit-Chicago has some of the strictest laws period. Even knives are too controlled. I never get knife laws. People kill each other with kitchen knives not their 200$ Benchmade butterfly knife.
 
yeah hunting has some strict rules. you are only allowed to kill doe at a certain time of year and that all really depends on how many there are etc. its not like people go out with rifles and kill all they can. you have to buy tags and if you kill a deer and have it processed and cleaned by someone else they have to put it in a log.

they have very strict rules and incentives.

if we werent able to hunt the deer population would explode and believe it or not they acctually do destroy crops and become a hazard and a very real problem down here. when the MS river flooded here not too long ago they counted 56 (yes 56 thats not a typo) in like a 6 miles radius in an area right outside of memphis. they can clean out acres of crops in no time.

the wild hog situation in the south is a gigantic problem. hogs can wreak havoc on an area and they will eat ANYTHING. they also have no problem killing and maiming live stock. the rules with hunting hogs are very lenient these days seeing as how they can reproduce like literally 10 times a year with 1-12 hogs per birth so its almost like a shoot as many as you can because they are fucking everything up. i think in texas they acctually pay you a certain amount per hog you kill. those things are really fucking up crops around here and i know alot of farmers will contract people out to kill hogs on their property.

so hunting isnt always about the trophy or the thrill but in a lot of cases its about controlling the population of a certain animal.
