I'm a page late, but...
@xxkcxx: I've seen those groups pop up, like "people united against heroin." OK, you are against heroin, now what? The best thing they can do is fight for easier access to Narcan, because people are going to continue to do dope, and aren't about to stop for some group that is against it.
I hate how they charge people with simple possession after an OD. That's the shit that makes grimy people not want to call the cops when someone is ODing. They have Good Samaritan laws in some states where you won't get charged with possession of personal amounts if you call the ambo for someone that is ODing, but not many people know about it so it doesn't help much.

Aye, a female friend of mine OD'd on H last week. I wasn't there but my GF was, who texted me "what should I do!?" - so I called an ambulance for them. Cops also were on scene, when she woke up in the hospital she found out she was getting charged with possession of H & weed. that's the last I've heard of the situation so I have no idea how that's going.
Should have told my girl to flush her stash or at least move it. I thought that was filed under "common sense". Oh well, she's a bad apple anyway. Kinda pissed that my GF put herself in that situation, especially given what I have been through that she knows about, but I can't fault her for making a mistake for being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Lord knows I've been the one making it 'the wrong place' in the past.
Reckless, that seems how it always turns out. Then, when nobody expects it, FUCKING MONSOON.
Whats good social?
