I'm jealous of you Cali bluelighters. Some day hopefully MA will get mmj. I've been watching Weed Wars on discovery, fantasizing on the day that I too would have access to such readily available variety.
 
When I was younger mmj anywhere in the US would've been crazy to even think of but look asst it now. You never know man. Plus we can always move. I'm not quite sold on the winter and oppressive humidity anyway.

What's up fuckers?

So I finally got my car running today that's been sitting in my driveway for a year and a half! Fuck yes.

And mmj or not, I'm just glad it's been decriminalized here. That's good enough for me. Enough of that medical shit makes it over here anyway. Weed has gotten super fucking expensive here because of that but god damn has it gotten really good quality-wise. And I hear you man, a few years ago I would have never thought of medical (or eve decriminalized weed for that matter) would exist anywhere in the US.

Too bad I can't really smoke much anymore. It's funny to hear so many people say weed helps their anxiety, that's one of the things that sets me off worse than anything. I hear that all the time and I have to wonder- maybe these people don't experience real anxiety but stress. Weed can relieve stress, and stress can be perceived as anxiety, but until you get your pulse up to 195 and you go numb and out of touch with perception of movement with your own body you start to realize just how scary a real panic attack can be. Weed definitely doesn't help mine, it has helped give me the hands down worst attacks I've experienced. Sucks too, I used to love smoking so dearly, more than anything. But now I have a hard time doing so without first eating a handful of benzos :|

yea it'd be nice if MMJ came to texas, not that it'd matter much right now seein as how im on papers

but i have hope for texas, yea its a conservative ass place but the laws are made down n austin, and i think it'll happen within the next 6-8 years

MMJ in Illinois would be fucking brilliant, but highly unlikely, at least in the near future. God, my friend really needs to get a new dealer - I swear this shit she's been sharing with me must be pure indica.
 
I know sativa dominant strains are probably more popular but I think I actually prefer indica dominant weed. I mean don't get me wrong sometimes sativa is the way to go but my favorite use of weed is definitely as a sleep aid and some of these sativas that I've been getting lately don't knock me out at all. They're great during the day but all in all I prefer my drugs to be more sedative.

Still got a lot of work to do to it, but what I finally got it running was really simple actually. A timing problem- distributor shaft was 180 degrees out of whack. Probably been that way the whole time as I've suspected that before but it always looked okay when I looked at it quickly. Now the car hasn't been driven in a long time so I still have a wealth of other problems I need to sort out, but now I don't feel like I'm wasting my time working on a non-running car. Got a new suspension setup coming for it in the next few weeks or whenever it decides to get here. So now I've got something else to blow all my money on besides drugs!

I have really bad anxiety, like I've driven myself to the hospital a bunch of times when I was having panic attacks, didn't sleep for weks, etc.... Certain strains make it worse, for sure, but then there are certain strains that help with it. I know that I was able to take less valium when I smoked certain bud, but other times had to take more valium when I smoked some other bud.

That's why I wish we had mmj everywhere, and my experience is another reason why it should be allowed nationwide. If smoking weed means less benzos, then why the hell not? But until that happens, the next best thing you can do is stock up on any bud that you try that alleviates your symptoms. It would be a hell of a lot easier if I could just sample mmj until I found a good strain for me, and then just walk into dispensaries asking for that strain from then on.
 
I don't know what I'd do without the plant. Teh interwebz would certainly be less entertaining, as would reddit and /r/trees.

Oh and chinky I clean that bong every damn morning. No way I would put vomit mouth to it anyway - but the chamber/tube is so long you couldn't really fit your mouth onto the glass itself anyway. It's a beast of a bong.

It only passed because of southern Arizona. Southern Arizona is much more liberal than the rest of the state. In fact some want to secede and form a new state, Baja Arizona, just to get away from those incompetent, racist fucks in Phoneix. Hell even our Republican are a little bit more sane. After America's Dumbest Sheriff Joe Arpaio declared Obama's birth certificate a fake, I just felt embarrassed even being in the same state as him. And don't get me started about racist demagogue AG Tom Horne and the Wicked Witch of the West herself, Gov. Jan Brewer. It's fucking bullshit how when they want to harass and arrest latino they argued state rights, but for medical marijuana they argued they can't cause of federal law. Funny thing was the dispensaries and the federal government were on the same side arguing that though illegal on the federal level, states can change their own drug laws, while the Witch and Horndog try to stop the will of their own people. For the third time.

To be fair the people of Phoneix are more liberal than the scum that run this state(into the ground). And turnout was low in 2010, usually favoring conservatives. But still who would vote no for medicine for very sick people. The law is rather strict on who gets it, no ADD or insomnia.
