I've actually never heard of this, but I have some... and have no idea how to use it/to what extent. I know that it is 'supposed' to be 650mg of acetaminophen, and 30mg Codeine phosphate. I don't even know if this is supposed to be some sort of recreational drug or not, but just know that it is used for mild pain. I took 2, but can't tell a difference with my pain (I recently had shoulder surgery, but no longer take the prescribed pain killer, as it was making me sick). I'm thinking about taking more when I go back to work tomorrow, when my shoulder starts causing me pain again...

Codeine is an opiate type drug that will convert to morphine in your body. Codeine can be used as a recreational drug in doses around 80mg & up (depending on opiate tolerance) Generally when used recreationally the user will do a cold water extraction to remove the acetaminophen as large doses of this can cause liver damage. If you are using it for pain & dont have an opiate tolerance then 60mg should offer some sort of relief but as you mentioned you no longer take the prescribed pain killer im guessing you may have an opiate tolerance of some sort.
