I have read the post on here that explain how long it stays in your system the naltrexone that is.... I took one on saturday at 10am...then took sunday off no naltrexone...then monday took one at 1pm...now its wednesday 9:44 pm im good on not doing dope and stuff im an occasional user of H i just wanted to try the stuff out so ya of course i IV'd a bag to see if it really blocks it ((had to know)) and yes it did...i bought 2 anticipating the release of opiate accepting parts of my brain to enjoy this next one sooooo with that being said...tomorrow thursday at 1pm will be 72 hours im not looking to get ripped just dont want to waste the bag...should i wait until later in the day tomorrow, longer or what not... no rush on an answer anyone...this is my first post...NW-Indiana region friend - shplah

not gettin high bud. sorry to say. I remember on 25mg, 5 days later wasn't even worth doing the shot. that was my one and only naltrexone dose too so no system build up.

Just stop taking it forever. Naltrexone is stupid. Causes more problems then it solves.
well actually i like what it does....like i said i only tried some junk to prove to my mind it actually blocked it...i maybe do 5-10 bags a month and the way my mind works i am patient and can wait for this stuff to wear off...so knowing it blocks it for a set amount of days well it will maybe cut me down a couple bags a month...i dont ever have any WD symptoms and my tolerance only slightly goes up before i stop....so its mainly i suppose maybe id like to keep it to do a bag on friday and saturday.... rinse and take sunday off and then take a 50mg and then M-F i can take off and even if tempted it just wont go down...anywho i however did just try my last bag at the 75 hour marker...and yes i would say it had like a lesser rush than suspected but it may sound weird i can actually feel the naltrexone leaving my body....and now doing the shot it sort of led me to feel more accurately how much longer to wait...so that by end of day 5 like most other posts on here said would be the GOOD day...we will see...im pretty in-tune with my body im a avid power lifter and compete and do all kinds of physical things that push me to limits...sorta weird i also bang a bag...but well my neighborhood sells vicodin for 7$ a pop for a 500mg...soooo i can go score a bag of uncut dope for 70-90$ .....so my friends usually break me off some i guess so i rarely pay for it even... so thanks for all the responses...

50 mg naltrexone should completely block the effects of a minimum of 25mg pure heroin (street heroin is not remotely close to pure) for at least 24-48 hrs, then the blocking effect gradually lessens. Naltrexone's main metabolite has an average half-life of around 13 hrs (although that can vary from person to person), so for a dose to be 97% eliminated should, on average, take about 65 hrs, so if you've taken multiple doses you will have a cumulative effect and therefore a higher blocking effect. It's really impossible to say how long it would block opioids for you personally or how much heroin you'd have to take to overcome the blockade yet not risk overdosing. I would say that at least 72 hours should be a good estimate of how long to wait, but as Serotonin101 mentioned, it can last much longer for some people. If you are going to use please be very careful and start with a very small dose in case the blockade is over and your tolerance is down.
May I ask why you took the naltrexone if you don't want to quit opiates?

well i dont see me having any problem with my current using methods...ive been doing it for like 2 years... and i just got ahold of these pills for free....so i tried one....and seen a benefit i could have for having them around...so it lowers tolerance? mine is next to nothing... i have a natural higher tolerance than most to pharmacy opiates...so im sure that correlates to heroin too...but the tolerance i gain from using is minimal before i stop... i use for 2 days then off 5-10... sometimes i dont even get it...like i said the naltrexone i see it as a way maybe deter me from going over board keep me in check...i got a 100 of these 50mg bad boys...but you were right about the 72 hour thing... im sure by tomorrow ill be back at normal...which i have half this bag left...so ill just stick with that pop a naltrexone 25mg only this time...a day after and ill be fine for a while....also i used waited only 20 hrs roughly before taking it and i didnt get WD's but like i said... i enjoy heroin like someone that rarely drinks has a glass of wine with food. occasionally from month to month...
I 've never heard of an entire gram in 1 bag. Usually a bundle is roughly a 1gram. Either way, if your taking naltrexone and shooting an entire gram with no effect, your wasting loads of money. Your going to continue to waste your money if you take naltrexone and dope back to back.
Btw: if your shit is 'brown' it's most likely not "uncut"

Yeah there is no such thing as pure uncut heroin unless you're getting pharmaceutical grade from a legit source like a doctor in places where heroin in legal, (which is obviously not the US).
Agreed. Also even if it is #4 which is sometimes mistakenly deemed 'pure, uncut' it's almost always white, not brown.
fellas what i mean by un cut....is out here in chicago...we get tannish brown dope grams....i dont shoot a gram i get it for a friend and he breaks me a tiny chunk... i dont know all this #4 stuff...u only need like a a few pieces the size of large grains of salt and thats like enough....so when the dope dealers get it...they stomp on it with sleeping pills aka dormin....same ingredient in unisom sleeping pills...that makes the dope bags out here the 10$ ones...i refuse to shoot or snort that crap...i know they say it makes it more potent supposedly but i just dont see the need to shoot some ghetto ass sleeping pill called dormin in my arm that is clearly sold for the sole purpose of cutting the tannish brown dope...i only know what i see... so i get what u guys are saying but when i say un cut dope...im getting the stuff from the guy before he uses that old school method of swirling spoons in a pile of dormin and the tan chunk.... which u yield anywhere from 10-25 bags out of that one gram...and im not continuing to shoot the stuff i am not that dumb...i just shot one bag to see how well that naltrexone works...satisfied i waited almost 80 hours or so before i did 1 half of the small bits i got in my 2nd bag...and i seen i had some action back soooo gauging from that ill assume i can finish the other half by night time tomorrow and be back to normal...sorry for the confusion... this chicago land area stuff is treacherous man...if i knew where to score a better source i would but given my connection history and good track record on the streets...im a very lucky person to get that brown gram for 70-90$...VERY LUCKY like i said so lucky i dont have to really pay too much each time i run for someone... ive had to swallow it a time or two...thank god im fortunate enough to only be able to slightly swallow it in my throat talk to police during a vehicle search then huck it back up lol...any way... ya u have schooled me plenty on naltrexone very powerful stuff might i add....i see its potential dangers and its potential benefits for me...like i said i BARELY use heroin... so this is why i ask because taking advice from the people i know would lead me to addiction....they are all very surprised im able to sustain this but i see how much money they waste and how much effort into scoring....it shielded me from becoming stupid and really abusing the drug
