Opioids Naltrexone - PWD question after one-time Oxy use

Hi, Question about PWD and Naltrexone.
I used 90MG of Oxycodone yesterday, and today after not having used in many many months.
I have a relatively fast metabolism and I do not anticipate experiecning any withdrawal symptoms.
Am I safe to take oral Naltrexone on Saturday or Sunday without risk of PWD? That would be 3, or 4 days after last use, respectively.
 
I don't think pwd is a concern unless you're dependent. (I think) The worst of it would be the drug being stripped from the receptors and taking away your high rapidly. If I'm wrong I'm open to being educated by another.
