Opioids Naltrexone implants

To the best of my knowledge Naltrexone implants are implanted below the abdomen and bind to the opioid receptors thus making an opiate high impossible

Has anyone heard of or tried this, or know anyone who has? I'm kinda curious as to it's effectiveness and whether it's something thats reasonably affordable

Yes other people have heard of it - if you would have used the search engine you would have found threads about people who have had them in the past, or currently.

We don't do price discussion here as it is against the rules. However, if you are going to ask is it cost effective? No, it's just not going to be. You would still have to find a doctor willing to do it, and they can tell you how much it costs.

At the correct dosage, naltrexone is a very effective antagonist. However I don't believe many people have many positive things to say about it. The people who have used it to success would notably already go through acute opiate WD before getting the shot/implant, as otherwise, the naltrexone will cause precipitated withdrawal.
