Naltrexone Implant

I am a 24 year old female, I had a 3month naltrexone implant put in following around 2years or so smoking heroin daily. I have never used an IV I had my implant put in on feb 17th it's now May 15th which is 3months. I tried to smoke a few days ago and still didn't feel a thing do they usually last longer? I wouldn't try overriding it because I know there is no way I could smoke enough to but was wondering if I have been smoking lets say .2g a day for the last week not feeling anything can my body still become dependant on it again?
