NAD+ for kratom tapering

I am currently trying to taper off a year and a half of daily low dose kratom use. Today, after reading about how NAD+ is being tried in very high doses through IV administration to lessen opiate withdrawal, I got some 300 mg capsules from my vitamin supplier of choice... just wondering if anyone else has tried this and if so how did it go? Any adverse effects I should watch for? Also it says ?take on an empty stomach so I am pondering how long do I need to wait to eat? I literally just swallowed the capsules. I will update this once or twice as things go forward.

I did the NAD infusions to get off of buprenorphine and diazepam. It’s super painful so the place I go to infused the NAD with ketamine to help with the pain … definitely can be helpful
